About
Alaa Salah
A photographer and filmmaker working between Milan and Marrakech, for fashion houses, hotels and private clients.
Since 2011, Alaa Salah has shot campaigns, interiors, hotels and private commissions in 31 countries, on film and digital, with a small crew and available light wherever possible. Stills and films are made side by side on most projects, so a campaign's photographs and its film share one look.
Every frame is graded by hand to the studio's own color theory ↗: cool shadows, warm highlights, and middle grey left alone.
